About the speaker:

Deepti is an Assistant Professor at Boston University in the Department of Computer Science. Her research interests are in improving reasoning capabilities, interpretability, and efficiency of multi-modal AI systems. Prior to joining Boston University, she was a Member of Technical Staff at Runway and a Senior Research Scientist at Meta AI for over 6 years. She has served as a program chair, hosted several tutorials and organized workshops and served as an area chair for several years at CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ACCV, AAAI, and NeurIPS.
