Accommodation

  • Accommodation for participants is arranged at "Hotel Raj Plaza" on payment basis and this facility can be availed by making the payment for the stay of 22 - 27 January 2017 (28 Jan is optional) at Rs.1000/- per head for a shared room or Rs.2000 per room for exclusive single occupancy. Interested participants are requested to make the payment in advance at the time of registration on or before 22 Jan 2017. Hotel will accept payment in Cash/Card/Draft/Bank transfer. Payment received towards room reservation will include Breakfast and Free WiFi access. Participants can opt for dinner facility on 22, 23, 27 & 28 Jan 2017 on payment basis of Rs. 440 per person per dinner and payment of this to be made also in advance as part of registration. Registration will be scheduled on 22nd at Raj Plaza for all outstation participants availing of accommodation at Raj Plaza.

Poster Session for the participants

  • All participants will be allowed to make a short presentation of their research work during the summer school based on the abstract they submit. A contributed volume will be published by the Springer post event.
  • We also have a poster session in which the participants would get an opportunity to present their work. We encourage all participants to submit an abstract of the work they wish to present. Selected posters will be considered for the proposed book to be published by Springer-Verlag. The recommended size for the poster is A0.
  • Please send your abstract as a plain txt or docx file to the email ID program.ssdi2017@gmail.com by 16th January 2017 (Monday). The poster schedule will be notified on 19th January. For any queries about the abstract please write an email.
Note: Your write-up should include the work title, author names, affiliations, and email IDs. Please limit the abstract to not more than 1 page (font size 10 pt).

Additional Information

Participants are requested to bring their laptops for hands on sessions.
