Poster Highlights Presentation

  • All Poster presenters will get a 1 minute 40 seconds (100 seconds) time-slot for presenting the highlights of their work.
  • This will require you to send a presentation (3 slides including title, no animations or videos), by Dec. 18th evening, 5pm to icvgip18.highlights@gmail.com. Please follow the template of the presentation given here in preparing your presentation. You will not be allowed to present from your own laptop.
  • Please strictly adhere to the 1 minute 40 second (100 seconds) time-limit as the highlights session is just long-enough for this duration.
  • The idea of a poster highlight presentation is NOT to tell the audience about the details of the work, but to present the problem, a key idea or result, that would attract the attendees to your poster.
  • Please rehearse the presentation with a timer and the exact sentences to speak. Otherwise you will not be able to finish in 100 seconds.

Poster Presentation

  • All papers accepted for ICVGIP are eligible for a poster presentation. A paper presented as oral will also have a poster slot in the poster session for the day. Please see the Complete Program for details of the program.
  • The poster board size is 4ft x 5ft in portrait format. Please make sure that the poster fits within this area.
  • All posters can be put up at the beginning of the day on which your presentation is scheduled and should be removed at the end of the day. The presenters should be near the poster during the Poster session.
